Regional Councillor Ferri declared an interest with respect to the foregoing matter,  in so far as it relates to rescheduling the Special Committee of the Whole meeting of April 15, 2020, dealing with “CLUBHOUSE DEVELOPMENTS INC.”, as a family member has a pecuniary interest in this matter, and did not take part in the discussion or vote on the matter.
